When my best friend lost her mother, I did what Minnesotans do: I showed up at her door. While organizing her freezer filled with everyone's casseroles, I spotted a to-do list and promised, "I've got this for you."

For over 20 years, Alexandra has been a trailblazer in business innovation. She’s launched and scaled more than a half-dozen successful, multi-channel consumer brands. Now, as CEO of Alix, she oversees rapid growth while ensuring that each Alix family receives the world-class care they deserve.

Alexandra is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. Since 2021, she has served on the Board of Directors for Security National Financial Corporation (SNFCA). Alexandra is also a passionate Kathak dancer and a superfan of her son’s film productions.

Prior to co-founding Alix, Hugh held senior technology roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., American International Group, and Acorns, where he led Product & Engineering through a period of exponential growth. He leverages his extensive background in tech and finance to help Alix scale the world’s first empathetic, automated wealth-transfer solution.

Hugh earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware and an MBA from its Lerner College of Business and Economics. When he’s not thinking about how to better serve Alix’s families, Hugh enjoys CrossFit and rock climbing.

Delaney brings experience in trust administration and estate services and is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

At Alix, she leads the Care Team, overseeing the delivery of estate settlement services and supporting families through the settlement process.

Prior to joining Alix, Bill spent over 20 years leading operations and scaling companies across fintech, CX technology, and global services. He held leadership roles at Banc One, NICE Systems, and other global technology companies, where he built organizations from the ground up and drove operational excellence.

As COO of Alix, Bill oversees operations and strategic partnerships, building the infrastructure and relationships that power the company’s growth.

Bill is known for building high-performing teams that deliver results without losing sight of the people they serve.  Outside of Alix, he and his wife enjoy pickleball and spending time on their small horse farm.

Prior to joining Alix, Dale spent over 30 years in finance across SaaS, healthtech, and enterprise technology. He has held senior leadership roles at high-growth startups and public companies, including Moogsoft, InterVenn Biosciences, and MarkLogic, where he partnered closely with founders and executive teams on growth, fundraising, and strategic transactions.

As CFO of Alix, Dale leads financial strategy and planning, helping the company scale with discipline while supporting its next phase of growth.

Dale holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from UCLA. Outside of Alix, he enjoys yoga, spending time with his dog Cody, and cheering on his twin daughters.

Prior to joining Alix, Morgan held sales leadership roles at high-growth companies, where he focused on building and managing sales teams.

At Alix, Morgan leads Sales, overseeing the company’s customer acquisition efforts and sales organization.

Prior to joining Alix, Tim held senior engineering leadership roles, building and scaling technology platforms across a range of companies.

At Alix, Tim leads Product and Engineering, overseeing the development of the company’s technology platform and automation capabilities for estate settlement.
